Joan Poling received her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Tulsa Junior College in 1980, and received additional business related education at the University Center at Tulsa. Joan has had extensive administrative experience with emphasis in preparation of complex financial statements, cost analysis reports, scheduling and filing systems, employee benefits, and various other larger scale organizational tasks. Her previous experience included work with Amoco, Mapco, Inc., and BSW International. Joan joined Freese Architecture in 1996.

Joan’s responsibilities with Freese Architecture include assistance in the organization and management of all office systems. Her specific responsibilities related to the firm’s architectural projects include the organization and ongoing maintenance of project fee and cost spreadsheets, as well as correspondences, transmission and filing of architect’s Construction Documents and Specifications, Architect’s Supplemental Information (ASI), Construction Change Directives (CCD), and all other pertinent spreadsheets and correspondences.
