The book is called NEW VIEW – 20 Magnificent Homes by Midwest Architects, published by the recognized Florida-based Benton Buckley Books. The book is now available and being distributed nationwide.
The publisher selected Lakeview from among our many Midwest Modern homes because they thought it truly embodied the spirit of an Oklahoma home with its quiet, confident presence existing in harmony with the surrounding raw natural beauty. Despite being over 10,000 square feet, the scale of Lakeview is intentionally reduced in its scale by organizing it as a series of “homesteads”. This rural home sits quietly among the surrounding native blackjacks, oaks, and untamed scrub with a commanding view of the lake below the bluff.
