Our home we call Lakeview is the only Oklahoma-based home in this beautifully curated book titled NEW VIEW – 20 Magnificent Homes by Midwest Architects by the Florida-based publishing company Benton Buckley Books. It will be available for purchase in September 2025.
Despite being over 10,000 square feet, Lakeview is intentionally modest in the scale of its four “homesteads”. This rural home sits quietly among the surrounding native blackjacks, oaks, and untamed scrub with a commanding view of the lake below the bluff. The publisher selected Lakeview from among our many Midwest Modern homes because they thought it truly embodied the spirit of an Oklahoma home with its quiet, confident presence existing in harmony with the surrounding raw natural beauty.
