This residence fronts a busy street in midtown Tulsa. Privacy and sense of mystery are created with a high-walled and gated auto court, and a second gated entry court which the main public rooms of the home surround. Frameless glass between stone columns at the surrounding rooms joins the entry court to the interiors. The building forms, materials and palette are simple and restrained to allow both captured nature outside and the extensive art collection inside to take center stage.
